We are currently looking to add a Junior Graphic Designer to our team in Marketing. In this role you will be responsible for:
The Junior Graphic Designer will provide assistance to the Graphic Designer and will develop marketing materials to support multiple departments.
What can I expect in this role?
Some key duties in this role include:

- Develop technical documentation including Instructions for Use (IFUs) and labeling, within Microbiologics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Design social media content and imagery, branded emails, presentations, ads, landing pages, brochures, flyers, and infographics.
- Develop designs for case studies, white papers, and other deliverable content.
- Contribute to idea sessions with Marketing and keep up to date with marketing and design trends.
- Manages multiple design projects which involves collaborating closely with all members of the Marketing Team, cross-functional internal business partners as well as close communication with suppliers/vendors to create collateral, promotional and advertising pieces.
- Maintains and executes brand standards across all company assets and office locations.
- Ensure global distribution brand compliance.
- Perform other duties within the Marketing department or other areas as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Here is what we are looking for:

Education/Experience
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Graphic Arts, Digital Media and Interaction Design or related field
- 1-3 years previous related experience and/or training preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator required.
- Working knowledge of internet programs and the Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
